Why does Water Margin Warriors 3 not have the E63 game pack? ? ?

I downloaded Water Margin Warriors 3 on Dangle (his version was not cracked), cracked it with Java Killer, and then installed it. I can play it, but it gets stuck when I activate it with the genuine version. What's going on? And why doesn't 7723 come with an E63 game pack?
