When you use the software for the first time, please set the screenshot shortcut key. First open the software and press the * key to enter the screenshot menu settings. There are four options after entering. Generally, you only need to modify the second option to -10 and then press save. When taking a screenshot, just press the green playback key. Don't forget to connect the software application and set it up. I don't need to say more about this! Generally, screenshots will be stored in the main directory of the memory card. If you don't want the screenshots to be stored there, you can enter the screenshot menu settings and set the path.
