Wow, the first floor is correct because there was a pile of garbage that required three people to do, and it took a total of 9 hours, so each person should work 3 hours. Wang worked 2 extra hours, and Li worked 1 extra hour, so Wang is double of Li, hence Wang gets 6, and Li gets 3!
